Sealed offers from the Public are invited for sale of Maruti Esteem Car (Petrol) Regd. No. OR O2 AN-2121 & Marshall Jeep (Diesel) Regd. No. OR 06 E 6880 in good running condition in as is where is basis. The vehicle can be inspected at our Head Office during office hour. Offers along with EMD of `10,000.00 (Ten Thousand) only for each vehicle by way of DD in favour of Neelachal Gramya Bank payable at Bhubaneswar in sealed cover Superscribing quotation for “Maruti Esteem/Marshal Jeep” should reach under-signed before 2 P.M. on Dt.15.12.2011. Separate quotations must be submitted for each vehicle. Sealed quotation will be opened at 4 P.M on the same day in presence of the tender committee and the bidders. The successful bidder will have to pay the balance amount within 10 days of bidding date, failing which the EMD may be forfeited. Unsuccessful bidders will be refunded the EMD without any interest. Bank reserves the right to cancel the auction sale or reject the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever.
